WE ARE HERE TO HELP!

PORTA will be donating all proceeds from the Pend Oreille Harvest Festival to the Wildfire Emergency Response Fund through the Innovia Foundation to help support local non-profits and other community-based groups to meet the immediate and long term need by those impacted by our regional wildfires.
Please come out to the Pend Oreille Harvest Festival September 23rd and 24th to support our community!

An event all about the crafter, artisan, inventor, and farmer! That's you!!

The vendor fees are $50 for the weekend for PORTA members and $90 for non-PORTA members.

PEND OREILLE HARVEST FESTIVAL VENDOR FORM

PORTA members enjoy discounted booth fees here and at other PORTA events.

All booth spaces are 12’ x 12’ and are outdoors. Vendors are responsible for canopies, tables, chairs, extension cords, etc. Due to the possibility of varied weather and winds, each canopy should be secured by weights.

Vendors are responsible for keeping their area cleaned up (free of trash) during the event and at the end of each day.

The vendor is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable licensing and regulations pertaining to their wares. The vendor must provide all necessary licensing and governing permits, including proof of insurance. Vendor must bring proof of all licensing and insurance to the event.

After unloading, park vehicles and trailers in designated parking areas and not around booth spaces. All vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas only.

No early pack-ups of booths. If you sell out early, please have a sign ready to let the public know.

Please note that it may be very sunny, rainy, or anything in between. Please plan for weather accordingly.

All vendors and representatives are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner. Inappropriate behavior and language will be addressed directly. Grievances should be referred to the PORTA booth.

Notice of cancellation must be given by email or by phone by September 8, 2023.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:
Registration fee is non-refundable.
No refunds will be offered within 10 business days of the event. PORTA utilizes Square for payment and order processing. Any refund requests prior to 10 days of the event will be processed minus any Square fees.
